You can request a rollaway for an extra $15 RESERVATIONS (406) 387-4448 Office Hours 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. MST   Reservations & Cancellations: All reservations require a deposit of 50% (one night minimum) payable at the time of making reservations. The 50% balance is due 31 days* in advance of your arrival date and reservations made within 31 days or arrival require full payment Because of our size, cancellations effect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within 31 days of your confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of the reservation. All deposits are non-transferable to another date. *Note: If traveling with friends or acquaintances and reserving two or more chalets, there is a 45 day cancellation policy. If a common event, weddings, reunions, etc. there is a 90 day cancellation policy. Silverwolf guarantees to hold a unit for you for all dates reserved. Guest guarantees payment for all dates reserved. 100% Non-Smoking Premises & No Pets
